"In the beginning of 2004, I moved to Mexico Beach to pursue a career in Real Estate. Since moving here, I have become a licensed real estate agent, and I own a vacation rental management company called No Worries Vacation Rentals, LLC. As a partner in Apex Development, LLC, I have built numerous homes and developed land around the area.
Today, a big focus in our industry is the foreclosure market. I have several relationships with regional and national banks and market their properties from Destin to Carrabelle. Many times I know what properties are coming to the market well before they are officially taken back by the banks. I work closely with the asset managers with these banks and keep detailed list of marketed and pre-marketed foreclosed properties that I am happy to share with you.
I was born and raised in Cairo, Ga. With my mother being an elementary school teacher, I was fortunate enough to spend the majority of my summers in Mexico Beach. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Business Management and completed Certificates in Finance and Accounting as well. While at Tech, I worked in a few different jobs such as I coop-ed with Johnson Controls for 3 semesters, Interned at Merrill Lynch for almost 2 years, and caddied at East Lake Golf Club where the Tour Championship is held every year.
After graduating, I moved to Costa Rica and was based in the Los Suenos Resort where I worked as a Professional Mate on a private sport fish yacht owned by Thompson Cigar Company out of Tampa, FL. For 2 years, I had the pleasure and experience to fish places like Panama, Mexico, The Bahamas, and Key West.
During my spare time, I prefer to stay outdoors and enjoy every bit of our little paradise that I can. I like to go fishing offshore, scuba diving, play a little golf here and there, scalloping, and relax on the beach. Sometimes throughout the year, I am fortunate enough to relive my previous career and travel to go fish in Billfish Tournaments all over the Gulf, Caribbean and Pacific.
I thoroughly enjoy living here and would love to show you what our wonderful little area has to offer."
